1. General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for wall art purchases if you are dissatisfied with the product quality due to factors within our operational control. This encompasses any product defects, damages occurring during transit, or assembly discrepancies.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of merchandise are deemed non-returnable under our policy:
- Metal Prints: Due to the inherent properties and dimensions of metal prints, we do not accept returns on these specific products. It is imperative to note that larger prints (up to 50 inches) may exhibit slight pixelation when viewed from an extremely close range. These artworks are designed for optimal visual impact from a distance; therefore, quality concerns arising from pixelation at close range are not considered valid grounds for return.
3. Return Procedures
To initiate a request for a refund or replacement based on grounds stipulated within this policy:
- You must notify our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery regarding any issues related to your order.
- An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our Customer Service department. Documentation substantiating the discrepancies, including photographic evidence of any damages, must be submitted for RMA approval.
- All returns must receive prior authorization and should be in their original, unused condition to qualify for processing.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Given that our products are custom prints, cancellation of an order is subject to the following conditions:
- You may cancel any order within 48 hours of placement.
- After 48 hours, if production has commenced, cancellation may incur a fee amounting to 50% of the total order value to cover material costs and incurred fees.
5. Limitations On Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only after a thorough evaluation confirms that the product quality falls below our stipulated standards. In the event that a refund is authorized, it will be executed promptly to the original payment method used during the transaction.
