Are our metal art prints easy to clean?
Yes, our ChromaLuxe metal prints are very easy to clean. Use a soft microfiber (or soft damp) cloth along with any all-purpose (non-ammonia) household cleaner. The cleaner can be sprayed directly on the surface of the print and then wiped with a cloth as needed. Windex (non-ammonia) works perfectly. -
Are your metal art prints produced in an environmentally friendly way?
The process in which our metal art prints are printed utilizes low VOC (volatile organic compounds) emissions and are Greenguard Gold Certified. Additionally for every print a tree is planted! Our print provider helps support Trees for the Future, who's mission is aiding rural communities in the developing world, enabling them to restore their environment, grow more food, and build a more sustainable future. -
How long will your metal art prints last?
The metal our art prints are printed on were tested by Wilhelm Imaging Research and achieved a permanence rating of more than 60 years using two distinct ink sets. This rating is more than three times better than silver halide photo papers. -
How Should Chromaluxe HD Metal Print prints be cleaned?
Unlike other photo print media, ChromaLuxe metal prints are easy to clean. The metal prints can be cleaned with a cloth and any all-purpose household cleaner. The cleaner can be sprayed directly on the surface of the print and then wiped with a cloth as needed. -

Yes, our HD metal print process uses a chemical sublimation technology that results in a water resistant final product. Note: If you select the floating mounting option, it itself is based on wood and is not guaranteed when placed in an overly humid environment. -
Do HD Metal Prints need to be framed under glass?
No. Our HD Metal Print ChromaLuxe’s unique coating allows prints to be showcased without the need for glass. ChromaLuxe metal prints are scratch resistant, waterproof, can be touched, and are easy to clean.
